You can get something reasonable for 300000 - 400000 eurw.
If is just for holidays, 200000 euros will be ok.

in Larnaca you can find a small apartment (2 bedroom) with 160-170K (euro)

Today I had the pleasure to have Dave Yarranton as a guest to my house.
We had spend the whole morning working on this tree.
This is very special and unique tree but unfortunately the upper part was died. The upper part was died probably for many years before collection.
After a brief discussion the decision was taken, the upper part had to go.
So this what we did,we had removed the upper part and proceed with some serious carving ,finally the tree repotted to a pot.
Dave has the kindness to prepare a sketch as well about the future design.
