This is still an olive tree have long now .. 2 years specifically to wait to fatten the branches and wants to create enough job I think Shocked

Is the second photo taken before and the 3rd-5th after pruning ?

the best way to fatten the branches, it to let them grow freely for a long while, without any pruning.
when they reach the thickness u want, cut them back and start pruning for ramification.
