After a good two hours walk on a glorious day,i got my reward....A wild olive, with a lot of rooting, and very bushy...I cut off too much foliage, the tree is very strong and fotos dont do it much justice....Enjoy it...

Two hours!!
I have the feeling that you got something special but I cant figure out what is the next step.
I think you must proceed with complete defoliation.

Re: WILD OLIVE CASCADE....GIFT OF NATURE
i am impressed!!!
personally i would remove the cascade branch, leaving just a stump of about 10-15 cm.
i would then concentrate on creating an informal upright. I already have an image in my mind Just pass it on to me and i will take care of it
the tree has a really interesting and wide, strong base.
it can become a very powerful, rather compact tree...
you just need to decide and i know how hard is for you to pick up the saw ( ) and remove branches.....just bring it to one of the meetings and greg and I will take care of it

Keep your cutting hands of my tree...no chance to come close to it....when you see it you will realize what it is like.

i appreciate what you are saying, but you have to dare and cut and as they say (in surgery) measure twice, cut once
the problem is that you do not even measure.....
