Most of us use aluminum wire for their tree wiring.
Recently, i have the opportunity to work with annealed copper wire on a juniper and i was really pleased by the fact that a smaller diametre wire can hold a branch/branchlet, without being too obvious, too bulky...
Most bonsai suppliers do not stock copper wire because its supposed to be more expensive than aluminum wire but to my surprise, i have found a supplier who sells it in 1Kg rolls at a price almost the same as 1Kg of aluminum wire (2 rolls of 500gr).
