Name the tree
I bought this tree on October 2010.
The tree was in a black plastic bucket probably for many years. The tree reduced to the desirable height and then repoted to a training pot. So far I am very happy with the new growth. The last photo was taken earlier today.
Unfortunately I don't know what species it is!
Any idea??

Last weekend I had the time to do a few works on this tree.First of all, the Unnecessary growth removed, then a couple of branches bend in position and finally some carving to the apex

hi Will,
No is not a Bouganvillia.
Bouganvillia is quite common tree in Cyprus and Iam absolutely sure that this is not one of them.
Below is a photo how the tree was after a hard pruning on last February.
I need to take some fresh photos, hopefully next week

the tree now is in a new pot. The pot is by Erin.
But the most amazing is that after 4 year there are signs of flowers!!
Iam still trying to identify the tree species.
